NHS CDS v6.3
Making a national standard workable for the people who had to use it.
A complex, ambiguous specification had to become a compliant product without losing the operational reality of NHS workflows.
Brought NHS customers into discovery before design was fixed. Their evidence changed the approach, including distinct handling of Gender at Birth and Stated Gender, while trusts retained a safe transition path from v6.2.
The wider programme made System C the first health technology supplier to complete CDS v6.3 delivery across its customer base.
